1. Overview

This website (konabayev.com) is operated by Sole Proprietor Casita ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to minimizing data collection.

2. Information Collection

We receive information you voluntarily submit through contact, consulting-inquiry, or newsletter forms. This may include your name, email address, company, budget range, and message. Brevo processes these submissions so we can reply or complete the requested double opt-in subscription.

Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, interaction diagnostics, and advertising measurement start on the first visit. Google analytics and advertising storage signals are enabled before tag configuration. We do not intentionally send form contents or raw email addresses to analytics providers.

3. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Workers hosts and protects the site and may process standard request logs such as IP address and user agent for security and performance. Brevo processes contact and newsletter communications.

Google Analytics 4, PostHog product analytics, privacy-masked session replay, heatmaps, performance and interaction diagnostics, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and configured advertising measurement run from the first visit. PostHog masks all form inputs and form text in recordings, blocks explicitly private regions, and does not record request bodies, headers, cross-origin iframes, or console logs. These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers under their own policies. Retention follows the configured account and provider settings.

If the Google Analytics browser tag is blocked or fails to load, a first-party site endpoint can relay a restricted set of page-view, conversion, affiliate, and diagnostic events to Google Analytics. This fallback removes URL queries and fragments and rejects personal-data fields such as email, phone, name, message, and user identifiers.

An accepted form or confirmed newsletter subscription also creates a server-side conversion event in PostHog using an HMAC-pseudonymized identifier derived from a trimmed, lowercase email and a private site secret. Analytics providers may process pseudonymous data outside Kazakhstan under their provider terms.

Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and disabled JavaScript may prevent some measurement. To request access, correction, or deletion of submitted personal data, email info@konabayev.com.
